The Department of Information Technology (IT) is responsible for providing, promoting, and servicing a modern infrastructure provided by the Lorain County Commissioners. We strive to provide Professional customer service to all Elected Officials, Departments, Agencies and Organizations within Lorain County who use our infrastructure and call on us for assistance.
We are committed to ensuring all users experience a trouble free IT environment. Our goal is to ensure that both the productivity standards expected by the general public and those set forth by the Lorain County Commissioners can be realized using our IT infrastructure. IT is service based and consists of the IT Department and the Telecommunications Department.
