All dogs will be sold "as is," with all faults" to the first person interested in the dog on or after the dog's available date.
There will be no holding or "dibs" of any kind for anyone except an owner coming to redeem their own dog.
In the event that more than one person is here for the same dog, there will be a lottery.
Once a dog is adopted, they will go to the vet for a mandatory spay or neuter, and the new owner will pick their dog up from the vet a few days later (details at time of adoption).
