Maintenance Crew
Al Zocchi & James Beverly
 Together, Al Zocchi and James Beverly make up the Maintenance Crew for the Charles Berry Bridge. They are responsible for the preventive maintenance on the equipment for the bridge as well as the electrical systems. They monitor the Programmable Logic Controls that operate the bridge mechanisms. This involves their constant inspection of the machinery operation and lubrication of the large gears. When time allows, Al and James also are responsible for the yard work, painting, snow removal and the roadwork on the bridge.
