Lorain County Workforce Development Agency (LCWDA)
The Lorain County Workforce Development Agency is the local sub-recipient of federal Workforce Innovation & Opportunity Act (WIOA) funding distributed by the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services, and has been designated by the Lorain County Workforce Development Board to be the One-Stop Operator and provider of Career Services for the WIOA Title I Adult and Dislocated Worker programs. This funding supports the operation of OhioMeansJobs|Lorain County and the coordination and delivery of services.
