View the Ohio Coastal Atlas Project or request a copy at the OH Department of Natural Resources website.

Emerald Ash Borer (EAB)

Ohioans are currently fighting the Emerald Ash Borer (EAB), an invasive insect-killing ash trees throughout our state. There have been 26 counties identified, leaving thousands of trees susceptible to infestation. Infested areas have been quarantined to stop the movement of ash trees, parts of ash trees, and hardwood firewood, all of which may harbor the insect. To see the areas affected, pictures of the EAB, please visit the Emerald Ash Borer Information Network or the Ohio Department of Agriculture.
