The Lorain County Board of Commissioners and this office have made arrangements with Midland to offer weather radios through an online order system. The cost of the unit is much reduced from the suggested retail price.

You will notice that there are 2 models listed. The only difference between the 2 is one has the added capability of a normal AM/FM radio. The additional items, such as the strobe light and external antenna, can be purchased if you feel you need them. An external antenna should not be needed in Lorain County, and the strobe light can be used in the event that a person is hearing impaired.
