The Lorain County Board of Commissioners has entered into a bus slip agreement with Greyhound Lines, Inc. to provide bus service at the Lorain County Transportation and Community Center (LCT&CC). This agreement brings Greyhound back to Downtown Elyria and provides an important mode of transportation for the people of Lorain County.
Effective October 1, 2012, Greyhound's buses will use the Transportation and Community Center (40 East Avenue, Elyria, OH 44035) as its new bus stop in Lorain County. The Center's bus slip provides an overhead canopy and benches to accommodate Greyhound's customers while waiting for the bus's arrival.
Interested customers can purchase and print E-tickets online at the Greyhound website, and give them to the bus driver upon entering the bus at the Center.
